Current site behavior

The public site does not offer visitor accounts, accept comments, collect newsletter signups, or store form submissions. Letter Ritual records aggregate guide views and merchant-link clicks, including the guide, merchant, link placement, and campaign labels supplied in a landing-page address. Campaign labels may be kept in the current browser tab until that tab is closed so an internal guide visit can still be credited to its original campaign. This first-party counter does not set cookies or save names, email addresses, IP addresses, browser identifiers, or a visitor profile in its analytics database.

Aggregate totals are available only in a private owner report. The report uses the hosting platform's ChatGPT sign-in header to verify the site owner; that identity is checked for access and is not written to the analytics database.

The hosting provider may still process standard request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser details, and access logs.

Newsletter signup will remain unavailable until a real email service is connected and this notice identifies how that service processes subscriber information.

Outbound links

Merchant and reference links open third-party websites. Approved affiliate links may first route through an affiliate network such as Awin. The network and merchant may process the click and use cookies or similar technologies to attribute a later purchase according to their own privacy and cookie policies.

Future changes

Cookie-based analytics, email collection, advertising, or additional tracking should not be added without updating this page and presenting any consent controls required for the site’s audience and markets.
